General Questions
How long until my order ships?
Processing time depends on what you're ordering, since different pieces go through different print partners. Stickers, magnets, mugs, and notebooks tend to ship on the faster end. Apparel can take a bit longer and vary more. Overall, plan on 2–7 business days for processing before it ships. One thing to know: tracking sometimes shows "label created" a day or two before the carrier actually picks up the package — that's normal for made-to-order printing, not a sign of a problem.

Can I exchange it if I ordered the wrong size?
Fit varies by product — tees, sweatshirts, and caps can run a little differently, so check the size chart on each product page. Since every product is made to order, we cannot refund for incorrect size ordered.
Do you ship internationally?
Not right now — we're US-only while we get things dialed in domestically. Orders over $35 ship free within the US.
What if something's wrong with my order?
Email us within 7 days at aradicalsoul@gmail.com and we'll replace it or refund you — no hassle.

Everything here is made to order through independent print partners — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be bought. That means better quality and less waste, but a short production window before it ships."
